Your appointment slot is reserved exclusively for you, and a late cancellation or missed visit not only disrupts our schedule but also prevents another patient from receiving timely care. To maintain the efficiency of our practice and ensure that all our clients receive the attention they deserve, we have implemented the following appointment policy:

  • Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

  • Cancellation Fee: Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $100 to the card on file.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification constitutes a no-show. In such cases, a fee of $200 will be charged to the card on file. After two no-shows, we reserve the right to terminate you as a patient.
