When do I need to pay my bill?
After your consultation or treatment, you will be brought to the front desk to discuss payment options.
Payment is due at the time of your service.
We also offer financing payment plans where you set your monthly bill. This way you are able to get the treatments you want without worrying about expenses. Read below to learn more about Cherry!
Can I add a card on file?
Yes! When you create your Jane App login and fill out your forms, you will be indicated to enter your preferred credit card information to have on file. Don't worry, we will never charge you for a service without your knowledge.
Are there any fees associated with services?
No, there is not. However, we have a cancellation policy that states you must notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time or cancel via your Jane account.
If you cancel after 24 hours, you will be charged a fee of $100. If you no-show, you will be charged a fee of $200. Thank you for your understanding.
How is my credit card information protected?
Do you accept apply pay?
Yes, we do occaasionally. However, we prefer using the Jane App to add your billing information to make your check out process as smooth as possible.
